I, _____________________________, hereby release Game Players Anonymous, its members, affiliates, sponsors, family, and household pets from any and all legal consequences due to anything that might occur at a gaming function. This includes, but is not limited to: personal injury, equipment failure, stolen property, wrath of god, death, etc.

I recognize that the GPA facilities are a place for people to congregate and game at their own risk. Under no circumstances will I sue anyone affiliated with GPA for any reason that comes about from being there.

I take this statement to my grave and will die from a bloody penile infection if I try to go back on it.
